New Obstacle: The Mace!

To deal with some issues regarding the ease of deflecting those daggers, I have added the first of a few different obstacles that will revamp how you approach the game. The first of these is the mace, which completely blocks your sword from passing through it. It will appear and disappear at random intervals. I have also slightly tweaked dagger speed and spawn times.
